Update: I contacted Sandgren (USA) and they will not replace my shoes. Their reason is that I must have “come in contact with a hard surface” and split the sole through abuse. I can 100% tell you that these shoes have not been abused. I haven’t even worn them much; maybe 4 months last summer and a few weeks this summer. They have definitely not been worn out. The tread is still pretty new! Also, I am very careful with my possessions, and was especially careful with these shoes since they were:A. My favoritesB. Almost $200And anyway, try walking and not “coming into contact with a hard surface”?????? Pretty ridiculous reasoning....I am flabbergasted and deeply disappointed that there is no customer support. Now I am out $200, my favorite shoes and faith in this company.They did offer me 20% off a new pair, but I can’t see why I would buy them again if they are just going to break (and break my heart).Original review: I adore these shoes! They are super comfortable especially when I have to stand for long periods at work.I had to reduce to one star because last week, completely unexpectedly, the staples came completely out on one side. I had to trip around very gingerly until I could get home from work to change.I’m going to get in touch with the makers to see if it will be easy to replace, but until then I can’t recommend.Also, I’m a 10 1/2 and had to order 12 to fit. FYI.

The material of these shoes is really hard. Very uncomfortable specially for the soles and toes. The shoe insole is literally hard wood and there is no cushion to protect your sole, making it painful and tiring to walk. It's painful as well when I move my toes inside because of the hard toe cap material. Just by trying the shoes on hurts my feet right away.On the pictures of the shoes in Amazon, the shoes staple wires were evenly and neatly placed, but in person, they are literally big staple wires (like the ones we see in furnitures) and they are unevenly placed making them look ugly and cheap.The price for these shoes is totally not worth it.

I wish I could give 10 stars, these are incredible! I consistently wear an 8.5 so I ordered the 39 and they are perfect. Comfortable to wear out of the box surprisingly. The first time I wore them I ran many errands all over town while wearing my 15 month old and I had no issues walking in them whatsoever. The heel height is perfect- low enough for comfort but high enough to be fashionable. I have already ordered two other pairs and I have a few more on my wish list.. I originally ordered a cheaper brand of clogs (mia amore) and they in no way compared to the quality of these. Buy them, you won’t regret it, I smile every time I look at them, they are such happy shoes (if that makes any sense!).

I have worn these maybe three times and the sides have ripped open. Seriously disappointed with the quality of the shoe for the price, unfortunately the return window has closed. Quite narrow but do have a nice gripped bottom of the shoe. I wouldn’t buy these again and hope to get a refund/return.

I'm a long time clog person and as a nurse, everyone knows which brand I have been wearing all these years. I felt like the quality of that brand has lessened since I first starting wearing them. I saw the cutest pair of Sandgrens on Amazon and kept putting them in and out of my cart. My husband finally ordered them for me and they are fantastic! High quality leather, sturdy and easy to walk in. They are just as comfortable if not more comfortable than my other clog brand. Everything about them fits right and I get compliments on them every day. They feel a bit lighter on my feet than my other clog brand and I find that the band across the top of my other clog brand breaks open after a couple of years. I'm already picking out my next pair of Sandgrens! Love, love, love them.

I have wider feet than average so I bought a size up (I'm a 7-7.5 and I bought a 39). That pair ended up being to big. The front part fit comfortably but the back strap was way too loose and hanging off my foot about half an inch. So I ordered a second pair before I returned the first. The new pair is perfect (size 38). While the shoe is a little tight, I know they are going to stretch. I wouldn't say that they run narrow at all. I can walk around in them comfortably (nothing is rubbing or scraping) so I think breaking in will be a breeze. I love love love them! It's taken me a few years to finally drop the $ on a pair but I'm really happy I did. Can definitely see buying more styles in the future.

I love the way my feet look in these shoes but I’m having trouble getting used to the hard wood under my flat narrow feet. I have similar shoes made by Dansko and the foot is padded. I can wear those all day but these I can only tolerate for a few hours if I’m lucky. I really love the look of them and the colors are beautiful and love the light and dark wood. I bought 3 pairs. I will try pad inserts and hope for the best.

I've worn clogs since I was in elementary school and I love them. Before I bought these I was concerned that the toe width would be too small but once I put them in the left show was just a little snug but once they stretch out they will be fine. I've ordered 2 other pairs but in different styles and they should be arriving today.

Schöner Schuh. Und die Klammern sehen auch nicht zu robust aus. Das Leder ist tatsächlich etwas hart und ich hoffe das gibt sich nach dem Eintragen. Das Leder sieht aber sehr edel aus. Der Absatz hat eine schöne Höhe und ist bequem und keinesfalls zu hoch. Ich werde wohl am Ballen wegen der Holzsohle noch ein Geelkissen einkleben.Ein stolzer Preis bleibt es aber trotzdem.

Sono meravigliosi, fatti benissimo ma troppo stretti per i miei piedi.La parte davanti, quella chiusa, fa fatica ad entrare, temo che se acquistassi un numero più grande il problema non si risolverebbe.Son costretta a fare il reso.A chi lo desidera consiglio di acquistarli sono molto belli!Peccato!
