TurboLock TL-200 Smart Deadbolt Lock w/Real-Time Monitoring & App: Use eKeys, Physical Keys, or Passcodes - Smart Lock (Bronze)

I've owned this product about 9 months, at first it worked fine. I knew I was taking a risk with a lesser known brand, I got what I paid for. The install was easy enough, the product has a nice look and feel. However the internals clearly reflect poor quality. The keypad is hit or miss and then outright stopped working for no reason. Now this is only a normal key deadbolt. I called their customer service and while the rep was really nice, there was not much they could do. The rep said the only thing I can do is return the product for repair. Well, that's a problem because I will not have a lock on my door for 4-6 weeks, So I called Amazon and they made it right, even after the return period expired. This is why I buy from Amazon.This thing is going back to Amazon (assuming they put in the trash) and replacing with a more well known brand name.Save yourself a hassle, pay a little more for a better product. Avoid this product at all costs.

Occasionally the lock will not retract all the way rendering the door impossible to close. Even after putting the code in correctly.

Would recommend NOT buying this product. Two stars because it looks nice. Had difficulty installing it to where the bolt would become stuck and I had to take apart the whole thing to unlock it. Called customer support and sat on the line forever, eventually hung up and reached out via their email support. 3 days later and I got a reply to follow this other email thing with a picture of proof of purchase before they would even help. I figured it out on my own... lock works about 80% of the time. The other times it feels like it's spring loaded and you can't lock/unlock it with the deadbolt switch. I can get it to work by messing with the keypad though. The description makes it seem like it's keyless entry with your phone/Bluetooth. This is also deceptive as the app is worthless. You can't even assign temporary codes without the other person downloading the app and registering. I will probably not waste my money on any turbolock products in the future and would encourage you to save your money on this. My biggest regret is that I didn't return it when I first had problems with customer support

I have been looking for a smart lock for a while and I am very satisfied with my purchase. The lock is very reliable that I don't need to worry about forgetting my key in the home.

Probably the worst purchase I have ever made. Installation instructions are terrible. Keypad is unresponsive, and when you can manage to get it to accept the button you touch, it may or may not do what it is supposed to. The app is even worse, and doesn't seem to have any rhyme or reason to it. Do yourself a favor and invest in a quality lock and not this cheap piece of uselessness.

It jammed after 3 days. Only used it a couple of times Could not get it out of the door locked position.Seemed like a good deal on the surface but turned out to be more trouble than it was worth..

Do not buy. I used for a little over a month and system locked up. I tried all trouble shooting. I you have a month to return to Amazon. After that the company will only repair. Have to send it in. What a pain. The bad reviews are correct. Also, during is the lock qould sometimes pause and I would have to use the key.

Plesase don’t buy. I suggested in my return for the seller to do us all a favor and stop selling this item. I went against all reviews, and still decided to give this a shot. What a nightmare!! It does NOT work. It DOES not lock. The app is a joke. I paid a professional installer to do this for me, now I have to pay to uninstall and return. I bought two units to make it worse. Ugh!
