Very good dark chocolate little sugar not sweet
If you are looking for really dark chocolate with little sugar this is for you. If you are looking for traditional sweeter dark chocolate you will be disappointed as it’s bitter but I like it a lot !!

If you like really dark chocolate you will love these!
Dark doesn't describe it. These are extremely dark. They are crumbly, but that goes along with being as dark as they are. Everyone tastes fantastic. I've bought these several times and will continue to purchase them as I run out.

95% dark and DELICIOUS
When reading the reviews for this chocolate, I truly wonder if the people realized what they bought/were eating. When you buy 95% dark chocolate, it's NOT going to be sweet in the same way as a "regular" candy bar, or even in the same way as a 70% dark chocolate bar.If you are someone who does not eat sugar a lot and you just sometimes want that little hit of chocolate, these bars are the way to go. I have tried other super dark chocolate bars, but they are NEVER as good as these, in my opinion. I love Taza's Wicked Dark.I am glad they are sold as a variety pack, as I got to try other flavors (I have only ever had the plain and the coconut otherwise). For me, plain and coconut are still my favorites. If you eat sugar often, you will be too used to super sweet things and these bars will taste terrible to you. But if you're been away from sugar for awhile and your palate has reset itself, you might just find that they have the hint of sweetness and a lot of the richness that you crave.Recommended!

Worst taste ever
So to start with I look down on people that eat milk chocolate or anything but dark chocolate. White chocolate is not even chocolate, in short 95%, hardly any sugar sounded perfect. Organic is also a win.The taste is complete garbage, it has no smoothness and tastes like dirt with some unknown aftertaste that just repulsive.Tried a few flavors /bought a combo pack. They are all same.Do not buy, I would rather eat pure chocolate and unsweetened nibs by far.Too bad I can't return this garbage.

Not great, little flavor, feels artificial.
I don’t buy the “stone ground” selling point, nobody is doing this with a stone or by hand, it’s just a gimmick. Flavor is extremely mild, so little cocoa flavor than it feels artificial. I don’t know what I was expecting but that’s what I got for trusting an almost artisan chocolate that’s made in Massachusetts.

Great health benefit
I listened to a scientist who studied the best chocolate for your health. I am looking for good microbiome health/mind chocolate and this was a brand he mentioned that would give you all the good stuff. Is it the best tasting, no but it's good and it tastes so fresh! I haven’t tried ginger yet but people seem to like it!

Truly Great Chocolate
Seriously, this is some of the best chocolate money can buy. Reviewers who say it tastes like garbage probably don't like really good wine either. If you're used to sweet candy bars it will be a bit of an acquired taste at first because this is 95% dark, but DANG, is this ever great chocolate!

Not bad, not amazing.
I've only tried 2 bars so far. The ginger and the coconut. The ginger is eh, don't really get much ginger flavor at all. Its moreso the texture of a candied ginger piece randomly thrown in it. Really gritty, but surprisingly palatable given that. 95% sounds extremely high for how smooth it is. Arguably way better flavor profile than the pack of lindt 70% I bought prior to this. The coconut is horrible. Dear God never buy that thing by itself or at all other than this variety pack. You get no coconut flavor or texture, it just tastes rancid. Sort of ruined the bar entirely. I haven't tried the other 2 but the ginger still was good. Coconut is a giant miss they need to dump that idea entirely. If you eat that and like it, do me a favor and get a psych evaluation. There's no way. I doubt the other 2 bars will be bad. It's pricey but a bar usually lasts me about a week I'd say so it's fair enough. Overall if I were to buy again, I'd likely not get the ginger or coconut again.
