Great customer service.
The product information says these bags can go from 30lbs to 50lbs.Using regular sand, I was only able to get about 26.5lbs in the bag and have it zipped. Maybe I should use ball barrings to get up to 50lbs? What’s worse, is that on the third bag, the inner zipper pulled off completely after it was filled...well below the recommended. I was contacted by Digital Juice and they were kind enough to replace the two faulty bags and even threw in an extra. I appreciate their customer service reps resolving the issue.I have little doubt that the bags will do their job well.

Well Constructed - Nice Handles
Was pleased when I received these. They seem extremely thick and well built. I added sand to a ziplock first for extra protection. I did not over fill these so I put 20-25 in each, which to me is heavy enough to hold a backdrop system and a few strobes. I like the padded velcro handles, makes for a smooth lift, and the double zippers. Can't speak on longevity but they seem well built.

2 Ripped Open Already
These cannot endure real use. I've had these on my last 2 sets and already have had 2 rip open and sand went everywhere. It caused a lot of work to have to clean it up. Very disappointed.

for 70 bucks for 6, these are the best sand bags anywhere. just excellent... I bought 24 of them, and will probably buy another 24.
