Well Designed
Love the clean and mini-floating off-the-wall look!Well designed with cable management, audio projects better now at eye level too.Tips: Start with plugging the cable into the wall and then pull the cable straight where you plan to mount the unit. Finish securing the cable and then plug into the mini before attaching to the mount.Note the magnet is not strong, more like a kiss on the cheek but holds well.

Like others here, buyer beware. This is NOT for the Google Home Mini. Even for the Echo Dot, I wouldn't advise it. The screws strip THROUGH the plastic when tightening and the magnet freaking BROKE when tightening the screw against it. The sticker does not adhere to the Mini's backing. All in all, a terrible product. DO NOT BUY.

They work. But you can't fasten the plate and magnet down all the way or they're too far inside the cord holder. They have to float a bit in order to be close enough to the mini to hold it. I really like the look though and I love being able to contain the cord. I have three - kitchen, bedroom, bathroom - and once I figured why the magnet wasn't grabbing the mini (distance) they worked perfectly.

Good product
Received the product in the promised delivery time. Mounting instructions were easy to follow. The package came with all hardware required to mount to a wall. All you need is a screwdriver and a level. I installed mine for a Google home mini. I didn't have a problem with sticking the 3M pad to the silicone rear of the Mini. Looks really cool floating on the wall. I suggest, if your into asthetics, buying a piece of panduit from a hardware store, stick it to the path of the power cable, and hide the cable. Panduit is paintable and is eye-pleasimg.

Meh
Firstly, the metal plate that provides the magnetic force on the bracket cracked in two while I was tightening it with a normal screwdriver. I ignored this since I figured the pieces would still keep it on the wall. This was fine at first but about 1.5 months into use and the adhesive had stopped working so the speaker just slides down off the mount and I’ve had to readjust it every day. Very annoying.

and like other reviews here
Ok, to be clear, the installation instructions clearly indicate that this mount is designed for an echo dot. I have a Google home mini, and like other reviews here, found that the adhesive magnet meant to be applied to the speaker would not adhere to the silicone base of the mini and the magnet on the base is not strong enough to hold the speaker in place. After trying to glue the adhesive magnet on the speaker using crazy glue, silicone, and jb weld (none would stick to the backing) I then removed the silicone base of the home mini. I then was able to glue it fast using crazy glue as it was just plastic and now it is a pretty solid hold. The mount is decent enough, it just needs some field modifications to work with the home mini.Bottom line, if you arent willing to change the appearance of your speaker by removing the silicone base, get another mount designed for the correct product.

It sticks. Works for me.
I used the alcohol pads to wipe on the back of the Home Mini and held the adhesive against it for a long time to make sure it stuck well. It worked fine for me. The magnet also was able to hold onto the Home Mini with no problem. It's still sticking and holding well since I've installed it. For those who found that the magnet didn't work with them, double check the silicone material to get rid of any residue and see if any material has rubbed or worn off.

The center screw head broke off while screwing it in. Also, the magnet cannot hold the weight of the Google Home Mini. Pure junk.
