Great unit for the money! UPDATE 2/20/24 UNIT DIED!!!
Really nice unit. Haven't pulled my trailer yet, but my Temps seem to be about 60 degrees lower without it. Running 120 down from 180+. Super fast shipping.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------UPDATE!!!My unit sprung a leak on Feb 20. Amazon didn't know how to process a return or refund to honor the lifetime warranty. Amazon did step up after a lot of conversation. Im scared to try another unit after reading a couple of reviews commenting on the quality. It would be horrible to loose my newly rebuilt transmission because of this cooler... Buyer B ware!!!

Installed today. What a difference. Stock cooler not cooling trans getting up to 225-240. Put this in in less then 2 hours. Drove and now the temps are lower than 125. Works great now let’s see how long it lasts. But would recommend for full size trucks and suv.

Dangerous Hose Failuer & Import ripoff of trucool 40k
UPDATE: It's imperative not to use the cooler hose provided with this product due to its extremely poor quality. There's a significant risk of ruptures, potentially leading to transmission damage, accidents, or even fires.In terms of fit and finish, this product falls short compared to the TruCool brand. Although the crucial aspect of leakage is yet to be fully determined, I've installed six of these so far. While they held up to 250 psi on tests, they feel and look cheaper compared to the TruCool brand, despite being only a third of the price.Regarding cooling performance, it's comparable to the TruCool 40k. During testing, the TruCool managed to keep the 4l80 at 150 degrees, while this product hovered close at 165 degrees. While not as efficient as the TruCool, it still represents a significant improvement over factory cooling systems.

Keeps trans temp low
Cooler works really good on my 2006 Silverado 1500 it’s a big upgrade for this truck. It never get over 170 on the trans temp around town even when it’s 100% out . Save your trans a buy this .
