Bought Nov 2nd 2023 worked until December 31st 2023 when I boxed it up. Went to plug it up today Nov 15th 2024 does not power on. Purchased a new power supply just in case cause blow power supplies go bad and still nothing guess the fan went bad too. Not worth the money if only last one season. I have blow ups that are $35 that have last 4 years this is crap! Do not buy it!

We enjoyed this product for about a week before the motor burned out. We were suspicious because it was so loud we could hear it down the street, then as shown in the picture, it was done. I ordered it ahead, so it was too late to return it on Amazon. And it was expensive. Very disappointing!

So many people have had horrible experiences with this decoration, but I have had no problems. It's adorable. My only criticism is that Santa's face and the front of the sled could be better illuminated, but I could criticize other inflatables I'vepurchased too. I'm happy.

Beautiful design however fan stopped working and very disappointed because it was a huge part of our display! I would put 0 stars but forced to select one to make this review

Easy enough to set up/install--had to do a little troubleshooting on the first run, as I didn't realize that there was a zipper on the tummy of the middle reindeer, so the front one wasn't well-inflated. The fan is located in the back of Santa's sleigh, and when de-inflating, the sleigh has a knack for covering the fan, so some jostling to promote air flow is required pretty much daily to re-inflate.All that aside, we've had Santa and his deers up for about two weeks, and last night, it would not power on; after extensive troubleshooting, it seems to be that water got into the fan and shorted it out. Bummer, given that this is an outdoor product--I would've thought that the elements were a bit more waterproof or well protected.Overall, a bit of a frustrating purchase. Recommended with reservations.

Nice item but cheaply made fan motor, fan motor already quit after one week, it's a nice product but just cheaply made for the money

I really loved the look of the whole blowup!Unfortunately, it stopped working!The whole blowup will not blow up.Purchased in October the window closed November 17 for us so we can’t return it and we’re out all the money we paid for it!!Will reach out to the seller!
