Brilliant little steamer
Brilliant little steamer. First time I have bought one and found it light and easy to use. Have cleaned practically everything from upholstery to rugs etc. Oven and hob look almost new. My friend who was visiting was so impressed with it she asked me to order one for herself which I did and has been very pleased with its performance.

Nice steamer
Once you get the hang of the pressing the button both down and forward at the same time it works very well. I would suggest filling it to 250mls (max) and doing one job like a shower then letting it cool before coming back to fill again as it does take a while to cool and allow the removal of the lid. You can't blast through all your jobs at once with it but for what it's designed for it is great. The 4 rather than 5 stars was because the instructions were a little vague.

I love this. Absolutely fantastic I no longer use chemical cleaners in the kitchen. I also use it to iron the kids clothes as they eat breakfast I just steam their outfits for the day (killing off bacteria therefore I don't need to use detol in the washing anymore 😊) it saves me so much time it is fantastic for the price.I also use it to get rid of stains on the carpet and any smell.I would advice to use distilled water as it does a much better job and keeps the steamer limescsle free.

Good customer service. Rubbish item
I bought this steam cleaner to clean my kitchen worktop. It didn't do anything except make my worktop wet. I can get the same result wiping them down with a damp cloth. Would not recommend this item to anyone. The customer service was excellent. It arrived quickly and was easy to return for a refund which I have now received thank-you

Not great, spend a little more or don't bother
Box was dented and had been opened before and been resealed. The steamer had been used before as it had water in it. It doesn't have enough pressure to clean.

Great value cleaner
It's a decent little steam cleaner. Seems to be quite robust and has a good range of accessories. Can't go wrong for the price.
