I’m a professional photographer who has to carry a lot of heavy equipment so looking after my back has been on the top of my list for years. When I work at my desk, I’ve always tried to have some kind of back support but never really felt 100% satisfied with what I had. Working at a desk all day my back was in bits, I tried this for an hour before using it at work and was surprised how quickly my back pain subsided. You can still sit with poor posture if you try hard enough but it does help remind you sit better and relieves the tension in your neck and back when you do. Lot of faffing around with the straps and still have lower back issue with long hours sitting at desk.
