bought this to protect my google nest 3rd gen in case i accidentally bump into it. pros: good quality, round corner, comes with wall plate. cons: too large, what those extra space for? motion sensor stop working(it seems to be common issue for all box) suggestion, build a smaller one with round corner, thanks.

It was what I needed. It came fast and was easy to install.

Very sturdy and well built

Fits perfect over our thermostat to keep the little ones from giving in to their curiosity and adjusting it without our knowledge lol. The drywall anchors that came it are trash and bend easily when trying to hammer them in the holes. Used my own that I also purchased from Amazon and is on there nice and snug.

Does exactly what it’s supposed to do - easy to mount with clear instructions. The supplied hardware was sufficient to prevent tampering with the thermostat at work. You could definitely rip this off the wall if you wanted, but it’s not really intended to be heavy duty protection. Make sure you have a level, hammer, drill and a screwdriver.
