Pretty in the picture but very poorly made
The coffee mug arrived with big chunks of jewels missing and when I used it for the first time, the insulated part of the mug separated from the plastic outside. This is my first purchase from Amazon that is a total piece of crap!

This cup looked looked great upon receipt. Upon closer inspection, I noticed a crack at the top. For $24.99 this should be a much better product. Extremly disappointed.

Very poor quality.
This was purchased as a gift. As I removed the mug from the packaging, the rhinestones began to fall off. Upon closer inspection, they rhinestones appeared to be adhered to the mug with double sided tape that you could clearly see. Very poor quality.

Item was shipped to me broken, the gems didn't stay on and were applied crooked, broken before I could even use it! Not happy!!

It was cracked when I got it.
When it arrived it was beautiful but on closer inspection it was cracked around the top and the cup holder part just slips right out.
