Received this thermometer last week. Made a whole turkey today, used this thermometer and was very pleased! It registered the temperature within seconds, has the Farenheit and Celsius option, slid into the meat easily and stayed in it too.It was easy to clean up the thermometer after use and it folds to a size that is easy to store. Overall, very impressed on its simplicity, yet very practical use.Love it and I cannot wait to use it again.

Im so Happy with this productI don't need anymore to guess if the meat is done or not..Very useful in every kitchen. Now, when the BBQ season is here I would recommend to everyone!

This thing is accurate and I like the big display with a light if you need it to see display.It easily attaches to the refrigerator by a magnet and it's red so I can easily spot it.Turns off after a few minutes so battery is not drained.Easily pierces a roast or chicken without burning my hand in the process.However my main purpose for the purpose is making cheese.Long enough to go to the center of 2 gallons of milk for cheese making.Would like some kind of attachment so it stays put in the milk as an option.Maybe some kind of clip for side of a pan of liquid.Otherwise it's handy, accurate and display visible. A great purchase.
