Another great story in the series
Great bedtime read with my 9 year old - we always get the new Astrosaurs books. No big surprises here, following the tried and tested formula. Which means a good story, familiar characters but in an even more dangerous situation! Very exciting ;-)

brilliant
Every young lad likes dinosaurs and space. These stories combine them both with funny consequences for the baddies in each.

excellent book for boys
bought for 6 year old son who is an avid reader. He loves all astrosaurs books and askes for a list of them for christmas. Fun books, proper chapters, but some black and white diagram pictures, so kids not put off by too any pages of writing. gReat book for young readers.

Astrosaurs thrill again
I have two boys aged 5 and 7 who simply can't get enough of the Astrosaurs. I have to admit, after being extremely dubious initially when reading about the books, I am a complete convert and I think that I'm as fond of Captain Teggs and his adventures on the Sauropod as my sons!In this adventure the Astrosaurs are testing out some brand new equipment on a far distant planet when they realise they've got some rather unpleasant company. Yep, it's more evil carnivores and this time they've got a very unusual weapon that could wreak destruction upon the poor herbivores in the Vegetarian Sector. So, yet again, it's down to Captain Teggs and his trusty sidekicks to save the day...but they are in great danger! As with all the Astrosaurs books this story races along nicely and keeps the kids engrossed throughout. There is tension, excitement and lots of giggles on the way. I absolutely love reading these books at bedtime as a couple of chapters makes for a nice length of read and they soooo look forward to it. The only problem, perhaps, is that every chapter ends in a cliff hanger and they're always jumping up and down asking for "just one more chapter - puleeeeeze!". Not entirely conducive to sleep perhaps... :)Ideal, and very highly recommended, for any children up to around age 10.
