Astrosaurs 9: The Planet of Peril

The story is good but very short compared to other Steve Cole books about the astrosaurs , and doesn't come with any collector cards. This is probably due to the fact that it was a World Book Day freebie-with-school-book-token. As it was the most expensive out of all the Astrosaur books we bought (different sellers) I do think it ought to be highlighted that it was a previous World Book Day subsidised publication- highlighted in the product description, that is, not merely hinted at in the reviews section as it currently stands. The writing itself is good- just that there isn't much of it.

WOW! This amazing Astrosaurs Academy adventure will have you blown away. Filled with suspense,drama and lots and lots of Astro-Action, this fantastic book is perfect not just for boys, but for girls just like me too!Personally, I would say this book would be just the perfect present for any 6-12 years old. Being 11, I still really enjoy it and am glued to the pages of this book.However, the only problem is, I was able to read it in about a day so if you are quite good a reading, this might not be the best book for you. On the other hand, this book is perfect for any "Slime Squad", "Cows is Action" or "Astrosaurs" fans!Steve Cole is officially the writing king!

This range of books / audio books are excellent, with brilliant, captivating stories!

This book came in good time, but I was disappointed it was such a quick read for my son - he had it read in half and hour and for what I paid for it, it was not good value for money. I think charging that much for a book that was essentially a free or £1 book for World Book Day is pushing it a little.

bought for 6 year old son who is an avid reader. He loves all astrosaurs books and asked for a list of them for christmas. Fun books, proper chapters, but some black and white diagram pictures, so kids not put off by too any pages of writing. Great book for young readers

Bought for my son who loves the astrasaurs books and cds, perfect for kids if you dont have time to read to them, tuck them into bed with a book so they can follow the story and pop the cd on and helps them chill on their own

My grandson enjoys laying down to listen to his talking books before sleep,usually its my job to switch them of for him.Excellent story telling.
