I bought one of the original Shakti mats a few years ago and became addicted. This new version is definitely an upgrade. It is a little more intense than the original, but I feel like my results are markedly better. Highly recommend. If you're a beginner, wear a very thin shirt and use it on a mattress. Give yourself time to get used to it. It really is a game changer if you have tight muscles.

Long enough to reach neck to butt cheeks. Intense little spikes will be soothing after 5 minutes. I fall sleep every time now
