Sturdy device,doesn't topple over although difficult to use with a phone cover on!

The product is fine and works well enough as a desk piece, however the docking is very fiddly and it is entirely inaccurate to say that the certified apple USB cables fit this properly. The simply do not. They have a lot of wiggle space, which means that docking can be rather fiddly.

Excellent stand. Well designed and made. Made from aluminium with a quality finish. Good solid weight with a really grippy underside and fully adjustable rear support. The groove underneath has five cleats and a kink to secure the cable and stop it pulling out when removing the iPhone.It also comes with 6 adapters to lower or raise the lighting connector to suit different thickness of cases. Also has raised notch at the front so you can use it as a stand to view a phone horizontally.The adapters ONLY accept cables (not supplied) that match the genuine Apple size collar round the connector. The Amazon basic lightning cables also adhere to the Apple dimensions if you want a black cable.Those stands that are similar to the genuine Apple version place too much strain on the Lightning port as there is no rear support, especially if you have the heavier and larger Plus phones and are inclined to use the screen when on the dock. So far so impressed that I have bought 4 of them.
