The liquid used of clean form or mixed colorants powders to create the desired consistency. Universal Top Cera Glaze can be easily mixed with colorant powders for exact fit. Mix Top Cera Glaze liquid with glaze or stain powders for smooth consistency. Use: 1. Top Cera Glazer is applied to a thin layer with a brush, as usual. 2. Care should be taken so that the glaze application did not happen too thick. 3. Fluid is mixed with the powder to a creamy consistency.
