This was not brand new I was cheated
The RF Explorer I ordered and paid for was supposed to be a new Item. I received an item that had previously been opened and used. The Back protection zipped case was scuffed. The protective screen sticker had been removed then replaced.I paid for a brand new item. I did not get what I paid for
