Bamboo Beauty! (With Mounting Tips)***Install note: Instead of using the little screws, I used 3M double-sided sticky pads. You could easily get away with the Velcro pads as well. The unit weighs enough to feel “worth it” but not so heavy you have to commit to holes in your woodwork!In yet another excursion to Amazonland in search of ways to spare waste and money, I came across this sustainability made, simple solution to my ugly paper towel roll. Whether it was mounted under the cabinet or sitting on its upright roller, there was no way to make that thing pretty. So glad this popped up!There are some goodies...1. Absolutely perfect construction. I expected some sharp sides or shavings, the usual stray pieces of wood you usually get at this price point, but nothing. Nothing was wrong with it. Still in shock about that one.2. Sizing is perfect for my Amazon Basics C-fold paper towels (made of recycled material) and the bottom opening makes for relatively easy dispensing.3. ALL the pieces were included. In brand new packaging at that. It comes with all the hardware you need as well as those little sticky bumpers and weird little key chain. I opted not to drill holes in my nice oak cabinets though, as noted above.4. Top or bottom dispensing! I looked at the auto-dispensers (ugly plastic) but decided I wanted options, darn it! 😂5. Spot-on dimensions of 11.4 x 7.5 x 4.5”.The kind of bad...1. This showed under a search for “under cabinet” dispensers, and there’s just no way that’s happening with this unit. It doesn’t claim to, just wanted to mention in case someone did the same search!Unless you load towels sideways maybe?2. My husband has already given up on the bottom dispensing option. Having fingernails to grab the little flap is kind of a necessity.Overall, it looks FAR better than I expected and is a welcome change to all the stainless steel monstrosities dominating my kitchen. I hope this helped in making your decision, because it really is a nice piece!

I'm quite pleased with this product. It looks nice--much warmer than an industrial metal or plastic dispenser. Some reviewers were not pleased by the slightly small opening at the bottom. I've found this works great for dispensing one towel at a time--much more effective than our old metal dispenser. I deducted a star for the awkward mounting set up. I ended up screwing through the back of the holder (works well and not visible when full of towels).

I love the look of this towel holder and had it on the countertop in a guest bath so everyone could have a clean towel. It works great in this application. I decided to hang it rather than have it on the counter. It is very difficult to pull towels from underneath. I'm leaving it as a hanging towel holder, but will be trying to figure out how to get the towels to dispense more easily.

save yourself some grief. do not buy this product. It looks really nice, and looks well made, but it has 2 major flaws that make it a poor choice. First is the mounting (wall), it doesn't come with any type of template to mark the wall for the hardware holes. easy enough to make one though. While trying to keep the hardware hidden, it becomes almost impossible to mount tightly against the wall using the supplied hardware. So I used some better hardware (the wall anchors) and that helped. Again easy to fix although I shouldn't have needed to buy better hardware. But here is the important reason not to buy this unit. The opening in the bottom to pull the paper towels through has such sharp edges, and is "unfinished" as to create a sharp edge that rips every piece of paper towel that you pull from it no matter how careful you are. I have tried 2 different brands and sizes of towels with the same results. I will be returning it and buying something else.

The slit for dispensing the paper towels has a sharp edge, which creates a lot of resistance when pulling the paper towel down. If your hands are wet, the towel (and I bought high quality, two-ply paper towels) often tears. You need to pull the towels out by grabbing each side and pulling straight down. I plan to try taking a file to the slit's edges to see if that helps.I bought two different brands of bamboo dispenser and they both do this, but this one is worse.

I Received the product today, the Pictures are posted along with the review.The Product build Quality is Excellent along with the finishing and accessories provided.I am happy with the paper towel dispensing, it really depends on the quality of paper towel being used.Happy with the small key chain as a gift!I am also satisfied with the seller and their services!I would recommend this product for dorms and other furnished apartments- Mainly for folks who need dispensing ware nearby-with the affordable price, this is a very good quality product! Good looking, high quality, eco friendly dispenser. I will definitely be getting a couple more. They sit nicely on a counter or mount on the wall if preferred. All mounting hardware included.

It's bigger than I anticipated and wouldn't fit where I originally planned for it to live. I ended up placing it on the toilet tank. Otherwise, its o.k.
