Ridiculously big. Too many parts. Moisture gets trapped for this reason. Not hygienic. Cleaning is a pain. They could easily have made this small, easier to clean, better looking and less likely to trap moisture. Disappointing considering it’s very expensive. Happy to pay the price of the product is right but this ain’t it.

Having used the standard Ultrabreathe for several years and given them to family and friends, I was especially satisfied with my purchase until the plastic ball inside the unit started to degrade due to wear and tear, making me worried about microplastics entering my lungs. I bought this upgraded unit as I read it used a rubber gasket as a valve instead of a plastic ball - potentially making it a safer option to use.Unfortunately, the design is inherently flawed: once you pass 2.5 on the resistance marker, the gasket reaches its maximum resistance level due to how the unit is made. Dialing the resistance up to 10 holds the gasket down with the same force as 2.5, 3, 4, etc...Ultimately, it still functions as a fantastic lung exerciser, but the option of a truly variable resistance lets it down overall.

good resistance. easy to clean. however, the rubber mouthpiece may induce gagging; i prefer to use the item without it

Instructions written in Spanish, so had to YouTube how to use it correctly. English instructions emailed the following day from vendor.
