I'm very pleased having completed my first holiday with this suitcase. By using the adjustable handle I was able to push the case easily on its wheels most of the time in the airport and hotel. There is a neat 3 digit lock which means I don't have to use a fiddly padlock and the rectangular design means there is more room inside the case than you would expect from its size. A very good purchase.

Bought after researching on Amazon and other sites ranging from Harrods to Argos. This hit the sweet spot for price, style and practicality. Divided into 2 sections inside with a zippable divider, when this is unzipped there is a lot of space. Great amount of room. Sturdy. Light. Wheels run smoothly. And suitable for hand luggage for BA. Can pack enough for a 3 night business trip. The front compartment makes it easy to get laptop and pre packed liquids bag out at the airport.Only downside is that it's a bit of a pain to get the thin plastic covering off, but it's a one off short hassle

The size of the luggage was good, but finish wasn't as expected. The anti scratch packing thin transparent film is stitched along with the zips and it doesn't comes off, leaving bits and pieces sticking to zips now and there. Also, the laptop sleeve is not separated from the main compartment with rigid plastic, Just a thin layer of cloth separates it.

I have travelled on one trip and so far there have been no problems, only time will tell on that issue. The capacity of the case was suitable for my needs. The case exterior did feel a little 'flimsy' but this type may all feel this way as I have not owned a case of this style before, it also had some slight scuff marks after this trip (these may 'polish out' but I haven't tried). The function of the combination (TSA) lock was OK. The moving of the case on airport flooring was good but on raised dimples (anti-slip) of some slopes it had a rough ride but in truth, in my opinion, that was to be expected. One thing that I was able to do on returning to the UK from a warmer climate was I could zip open the case partly and pull out a fleece coat very easily due to the flexibility of the casing but make sure you do not pack your coat under the retaining straps!.

I am really shocked to find a seam that has not been sewn up properly. I am sending back promptly and will not ask for another case at all... I think I shall revert to Samsonite!

Not super lightweight but very manoeuvrable. Lock works and easy to set up but doesn’t look or feel very strong

Quality very poor. Plastic pieces on the handle fell out on both suitcases after a week - and they had only been used as cabin luggage! On one of the two the zip broke after a few weeks, after a few months on the other. Cannot recommend. Avoid

Love it just what I needed great size for hand luggage. Zip on the front ideal for travel documents etc
