More Mudpies to Magnets: Science for Young Children Paperback – June 1, 1990

I purchased the book used, and it came in very good condition, just as described. We'll be using the book as part of our Elemental Science program, and it looks full of fun activities for young kids.

I have added this to the palace preschool curriculum for my 3 year old son. I also purchased the original mudpies to magnets book as well.This is the best science curriculum that is very inexpensive, easy to find materials, simple to follow, and short in time sessions for young children to follow. The curriculum is divided into different science topics and within each topic, in chronological order of age beginning with age 2 to 5.I highly recommend this series for any parent or daycare teachers looking to enrich young children with a fun, hands-on learning experience.

Great book for hands on science. Full of wonderful experiments for kids. We use this book along with our science curriculum in our homeschool. Great book, however, as a stand alone for kids who love science or a parent who wants to get their child to love science.

I found all the experiments in this book to be practical for the listed ages and beyound. Its very easy to implement and understand. I have did two of the experments with success and all of the children loved them.

Very simple ideas. Definitely intended for 5 and under.

Despite the book being listed as More Mudpies to Magnets, I was sent the original version Mudpies to Magnets which was frustrating because the listing showed the 2nd version and I didn't notice until I went to teach a lesson. But with Amazon quick returns I am satisfied with my purchase/refund. Just a heads up, this was not MORE Mudpies (the orange one) just Mudpies (the green one).
