Even better than expected. Beautiful glassware and lovely for mulled wine. Excellent packaging and arrived on time. Would highly recommend.

Glass base arrived smashed. I gave 1 star as could have been a lovely product but it is unusable.

I like the style and it is very good at keeping the wine warm. All my friends comment how nice it is.

Looking at this I thought that there was no-way you could warm up any mulled wine with it, keep it warm once it had been already heated I'm sure - but warm it up on it's own? Well I was wrongish, obviously it takes a heck of a lot longer than using a cooker or fire to warm the drink but it kind of did it – after 2 hours and using half to two thirds of a bottle of mulled wine it was nicely warm but not hot like we both like it, I wonder if using 2 or 3 tealights might speed the process up .So I would say rather than being used to heat the mulled wine it might be better suited to keeping an already heated wine in to keep it warm. One thing though – the actual tea light went out a couple of times through lack of oxygen at the start – I don't think the design allows enough oxygen to flow into the area where the tea light is to keep it alight in the initial 15 mins or so , to keep the tealight lit I kept having to remove the jug momentarily to let air in and the flame would shoot back up, after a while though it stayed constant, maybe the larger flame was able to suck more oxygen in. It might be best to let any tea light to get settled with a full flame before putting the jug onto the holder.It looks really wonderful when lit with the red wine reflecting the candle light especially in a room with subdued/warm lighting and would certainly be a conversation piece yet I think that unless I have lots of time on my hands that I'll still be heating the mulled wine the old way because I do like it that touch hotter BUT I think that I will be decanting it from this and keeping the rest in to keep warm because it is just nicer than going back to a pan on the cooker for a refill.

Half of item (bottom tea light holder) - glass broken due to been insufficently packaged. This is thin glass, wasn’t secured and padded enough.The container for wine is good, smaller than expected, but does the job.Did not return as was needed for use on day of arrival, otherwise would have returned broken item..

Very good product, I had to heat the bottle of wine first as thought it would take to long but it has keep it warm for over 3 hours as long as the candle last.

Great for brewing tea, cocoa etc. Cold to the touch straight out of the microwave. Love them. Wish they also would make a larger size.

Very cute with etching, double wall glass is nice but the glass itself is tooooo small for a drink with fruit! Maybe a shot glass

Nice double walled unbreakable plastic cups. They are perfect for warm beverages.
