If you’re on the fence about PediaSure Grow & Gain with Immune Support, let me tell you — this stuff is basically liquid parental peace of mind wrapped in a delicious chocolate shake. First off: my kid actually likes it. Let that sink in. Somewhere in the universe, a unicorn just giggled, because that rarely happens with nutrition drinks. What It Is (in Grown-Up Terms) This is a nutritional shake for kids that packs: • 27 vitamins and minerals • 7 grams of protein • DHA omega-3 for brain & eye development • Ingredients that support immune health …and tastes like chocolate milk at a fancy spa. Okay, maybe not that fancy, but it’s surprisingly good. Why I Really Love It 1. My Kid Drinks It Without Drama No tears. No negotiations. No “just one sip.” It’s basically the Holy Grail of kid beverages. If a drink could win “Most Likely to Get Picked First in Recess,” it would be this. 2. Super Easy for Busy Parents On rushed mornings or after school chaos — just grab a bottle, hand it over, and boom: balanced nutrition in one go. (I’ll take that over a toddler tantrum any day.) 3. Immune Support & Growth in One It’s not just yummy — it’s nutrient packed. With immune-supporting vitamins, zinc, and antioxidants, I feel like I’m giving my kid a mini-shield against sniffles (not a guarantee, but I’ll take all the help I can get). 4. Great “On the Go” Road trips? Sports practice? Grandma’s house? Just toss a few in your bag and suddenly you’re that prepared parent who packs snacks like a superhero. Real Talk. This isn’t just a sugar rush in a bottle. It’s clinically formulated to meet kids’ nutritional needs as part of a balanced diet. (Yes, actual doctor-recommended nutrition — not just clever marketing!) Also worth noting: it’s non-GMO and gluten-free, which matters to a lot of families these days. If you’re debating whether to buy it: go for it. Whether you’re trying to fill nutrition gaps, support immune health, or just get your kid to drink something healthier than soda, this product delivers. And as a bonus, it may just cause peaceful breakfast negotiations in your home too.

My son’s pediatrician recommended this product because he had been falling behind in height and weight compared to kids his age. At his annual physical he had only grown about 0.6 inches in a year, so his doctor asked us to come back in six months to monitor his progress. We started giving him this about two months ago, along with being more consistent about sleep (bedtime at 7:30) and adding extra physical activity like jumping and bouncing. Since then, we’ve seen very encouraging changes — he’s already grown about 0.4 inches and gained 3–4 pounds. Of course every child is different, but for us this has been a really positive addition to his routine. I’m so happy with the progress we’ve seen and grateful we tried it.
