Bought these to replace 3 security bulkhead lamps that were installed when garage built earlier this year. These lamps are in a different league! Very stylish, good light output and very versatile timing and programming unit that clips in to position and is easily removable for convenient adjustment. "Low light Eco" mode is especially useful: lamps come on at dusk but only at 25% power - who says LEDS cannot be successfully dimmed?, these work fine with no flicker. When persons are detected the lights smoothly increase output to 100% for the pre-set time (10secs up to 5 mins) then revert to low light mode. In the middle of the night they then shut down completely - having worked out for themselves when the "middle" of the dark period is by leaving them on for a couple of days! Perfect - not cheap but you get what you pay for!

I have a couple of these light on my recent extensions to the house. Designed and made in Germany the quality is excellent. With an aluminium case, quality electronics, this 3w LED light works superbly and outshine cheaper alternatives. Flexible settings makes for a great little security light

This is certainly not the cheapest but it is very nice quality and much better than what you may find in the usual retail park diy stores.It is a compact lamp measuring 27cm high, 10cm wide, and 12 cm deep. The body is made from cast aluminium so should last indefinitely.I found it easy to install – the instructions are in diagrammatic form and easy enough to follow if you take your time. A nice touch is that the electrical connection within the lamp is made by a plug so you do not have to fiddle about with a screwdriver and wires while simultaneously supporting the weight of the lamp.The controls to set up the lamp functions are mounted on a sensor module which is situated in underneath the lamp and clips on and off. This makes adjustment of the settings easy – you remove the module, make the adjustments via three small dials and plug the module back in - much better than making adjustments to the lamp in situ.Only time can tell how reliable it will be and I will update this review if problems develop but I have every confidence that it will perform well.I ordered mine from amazon.de. With delivery it was about £78, far cheaper than the £109 at amazon.uk and delivery took only three days. Excellent service.

Now it's been installed looks fantastic, comes with a variety of settings altought I've not tweaked them works perfect for my requirements. Parents came for a nosey,liked it too and ordered a few for themselves. Can order with confidence as you'd expect fast delivery & well packaged.

Arrived promptly and looks very attractive on my new porch wall. Any motion near this light turns it on and LED is really cheap to run.Very pleased with my purchase.

Fabulous. We were after a light that was motion detected but also dusk until dawn. This was the only one that fitted the bill. We purchased two more for outside the garage.

This is brighter than incandescent bulbs and comes on and goes out immediately. It's finish is classy and improves our exterior considerably.
