Great hat to use for cosplay
I used this to work on my Gyro Gearloose cosplay. It was the perfect size (since it's suppose to be small). This hat would fit a toddlers head, but the hat was small and perfect for my cosplay.

Waste of money--will not fit average male head.
Way too small. Hat was shipped inside out. Fabric is very thin polyester and not the thick cotton fabric that a Government Issue navy cap would have. It did come quickly but will never wear it because it sits rediculusly high on the head. Not worth the trouble to return, so to the Goodwill it goes.
