The Best of The Lucy Show - 20 Episodes of Classic Television (2 Disc Set)

Classic show. Great humor and wonderful advice through example

I watch Lucy a lot with an elderly client. The unfamiliar episodes on this DVD seemed oddly disjointed and were hard to follow. Then we watched familiar episodes (that are on another of her DVDs). Problem solved- whole scenes, often the transitional ones, were edited out of this "Best of" disk, I'd say 4-7 minutes per episode. Maybe they were butchered in syndication to fit in more commercials. At any rate, I'm sorry I wasted money on this.

I love my I love Lucy dvd. I had lost my other copy durning a move from another state. I was so glad when I found it on Amazon. I grew up with Lucy when I was a child and watching this dvd brought back so many great memories. The dvd was clear and the sound was awesome. It is safe to say when you purchase this dvd, you have made a great investment.

THIS IS A GREAT COLLECTOR SERIES. I HAVE THIS SET IN A VHS COLLECTION, AND WANTED TO REPLACE THE SET ON DVD DISCS. I AM VERY PLEASED I FOUND THE SAME SET I WANTED. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE GREAT SERVICE FROM THIS SELLER AS WELL!

The sound quality is not 100% but the video part is good, and of course watching the old shows is a lot of fun. Thank you.
