I spend much of my day on concrete floors and these have really helped inside the work boots. So far over control has been good to. You still have to trim for size but overall that wasn't to hard.

Not much to them. No support. Would need to purchase another pair with a little more support

My husband works on his feet all day handling steel and wanted to try insoles for his work boots. So far, he has no complaints and it's been three months since I ordered them. Received the order quickly and are exactly as pictures.

They are fine.

My right foot started to ache after wearing it the first day. Then my back started to hurt. I ordered these to support my back. Had to go back to my therapist here on base. But after not wearing them for a couple of days, my back felt better. Don't recommend these if you have back problems. Sorry. Sad but true.

Husband said these really did help. He is on his feet all day and was very pleased.
