The best one I've tried
This is the best I've tried out of many. It's lightweight so it doesn't get too hot in summer, it does't rest against my eyes like others whichis really important for good sleep, the inner layer of silk like material hasn't separated from the foam yet (usually the first thing that goes) and most importantly it keeps the light out more than the others. This may be due to the shape of my face and nose, but for whatever reason it's the only one I'm going to be buying. There are other good ones but this was defintely the pick of the bunch for me.

Helps stop insomnia !!
I have suffered terribly from insomnia for the past month. These have saved me from buying blackout curtains as they block out all light. Fell off once while i was asleep so not a problem. It has been the first night i have been able to fall asleep within the hour without a sleeping tablet. Looking forward to going to sleep tonight for a change sleeping tablet free fingers crossed :)

Good product, lots of room for eyes to move without touching .
This says for women but also works well for men, good product and 95% black out.

So comfy and amazing value
Fantastic buy, they are totally effective and completely block out all light. Also they are really comfy to wear and such good value. I will definitely be recommending these to friends and family.

Surebody sleep mask
Fantastic sleeping mask, very soft and comfortable material. Due to the nature of my work I'm often only able to catch sleep during the daytime hours. It's early days yet, but thus far but I'm finding the mask has helped me greatly in maintaining a good sleep pattern.
