A couple of my orchids have grown so big they’re covering the outside of the old pots. Yes, I should have repotted sooner but, you know…Anyway, couldn’t put it off any longer and had a hard time finding pots large enough and appropriate for these types of orchids. The others I looked at were very expensive. These weren’t cheap but they were a good deal considering the size of the pots and the very well made terracotta. It’s not like some of the thick, expensive Italian terracotta I have, which are excellent for other plants. It’s thin and lighter (nice if you want to use hanging) but even thickness, nicely finished, no flaws, evenly colored.I’m pretty practical about gardening containers so I don’t necessarily need such a nicely finished pot. But it’s good to get one that is all the things I needed for the plants AND have it be so pretty.As I’m writing this I went out to get the one I haven’t used yet just to make sure I’m remembering correctly. And yes, there’s a simple elegance in this ordinary clay pot. Short, wide at the top, evenly spaced holes, nice ring when you thump it. … If I have to repot after this one, I hope I don’t have to break the pot to remove the orchid like I’m having to do now (using the old pot the roots won’t let go of instead of media inside the new pot) because this one is too nice.I wonder if they make pots for my cactus collection???

I have been looking at these orchid pots for a while and since I bought a couple of new orchids I finally ordered these. Wow! They were packaged so well and are heavy pots with drip trays. I have spent a lot of money on orchid pots and at just $20 a piece these are well worth the price, The air holes are a little large so you will need a course potting mix or some chunky bark to keep the medium from spilling out of the air holes. My orchids look great in these pots and I am impressed with the quality. I did not receive these free in exchange for a positive review they are just really nice, fairly priced pots.

These are very nice pots that have a good capacity. Especially for orchids.

I like clay pots for my orchids, and most available are plastic or ceramic. These breathe well with the holes in them, retain moisture, come with saucers. This is my second order, all well packed and never broken. Price is great too!

The pots came quickly. They were wrapped really well, nothing was broken. I was worried about that. Perfect size and so cute for my orchids.

Unfortunately I received one that was cracked. Probably due to the audible thud heard from inside my house when USPS threw the package on my concrete sidewalk. Regardless, I like the look and feel of the others. Thanks!

You always take a risk when having fragile items delivered. I was apprehensive of ordering these because of that. I was very impressed with the quality of the packing materials. They were securely encased in styrofoam and and arrived in great condition! The pots are perfect for what I needed.

Was surprised how fast the Pots arrived in the post, really packed well and safe. Now to transfer the first Orchid into it’s new home, with the special mix we bought locally and should have from Amazon.

Pot came well packaged, all in one piece.I had my orchid in a plastic orchid pot only it had stopped growing....it was only a baby.Once potted on into said pot has started growing again.Would recommend pots and seller.Prompt delivery also.

An inch bigger would have been perfect. Love the holes in the pots - makes up-potting my orchid seedlings a total breeze in the future.
