Cheap and Tight. Made in China.
My wife bought this for our Chihuahua. It's clever, but she wears a size L and she bought size XXL. It didn't fit. It wouldn't even go over her head because the opening was too small. The fabric is as thin as a summer tank top. This is NOT a sweatshirt or jacket, it's a long sleeve tee shirt. When you move in it you can hear the seams busting. Very poorly made, cheap fabric, from China. DON'T GET IT! Luckily the gave us a full refund.

Definetly runs small. I bought for my daughter who wears and xl so I bought a 2xl and it is still a little small. The head opening is really small. It's a thinner material. Although my daughter loves it and that's all that counts

Okay..
It was a silly gag gift, so it served its purpose. I wouldn't say this is the greatest thing ever, but the price was inexpensive. The material is very 'cottony', so not the comfiest, and the head hole is pretty small (agree with others reviews).

t-shirt type material and not lined
We returned this item because it wasn't what you could call sweatshirt material. The hood was lined and the "pouch" was nice but the body of the shirt was more like t-shirt material than sweatshirt. If it had been a double layer it might have been okay but as a single layer with no fuzz on the inside just wasn't what we were expecting.

Awesome!
Sent as a Christmas gift and she absolutely loved everything about it. The part where dogs go in can unzip completely for washing. There is a separate pocket for your own hands. Thumb holes in sleeves. It was perfect.
