Mix with something for better taste.
Mixed with body armor and chugged it. Doesn’t have bad taste. Smells kinda but you get use to it.Also mixed with coconut water mixed with pink cranberry juice. Not sure if it helped a lot but did see a small boost in milk production.

It works!
I'm prone to very painful clogs. This product has been absolutely fantastic. The taste is not great. I prefer putting it in juice than water. After the first use my clogs had resolved and I was pain free.
