I was so disappointed when I put this up on my door. It is NOT sheer at all. In fact, you can only see the image of items if they are held right up to the curtain. Do not get this curtain if you need to be able to see outside. On the flip side, it's great for keeping air/heat from flowing out. The curtain is insulated so that helps with your electric bill. This curtain is so easy to install. Everything you needs comes in the pack ready for your install. Once you get the curtain installed, you will see it has strong magnets along the door opening to keep it together. This is one of the best features of this insulated door curtain. It does keep bugs out, replaces the costs of a storm door and it works great with pets.Update: I changed my review rating and comments to reflect the fact it is NOT A transparent screen and is not intended to be. As it turns out the seller offers transparent door screens and I needed to do more research prior to placing my order. This seller is really awesome. I received the insulated door curtain and was really unhappy with the fact I could not see through it to watch my dog in the back yard. I seller read my review and contacted me immediately to try and make it right. With just one email between us, they were able to ascertain the problem, and offer a solution. I appreciate the A-1 customer service they provided.

I like how great the quality is. The quality makes for a very durable screen especially if you have dogs. We have 2 dogs a small one and a big dog. This is great to have up all year round seeing as it keeps the light out and it’s a privacy screen as well so you can’t see out or in which is a plus

Took about 10 minutes to install and was extremely straightforward and easy to. One thing I really like about the product is that it's reversable. So, you can change which side the seam is on even after the installation with no real issue. It's basically held up with Velcro tape and some pins (tacks). Mainly wanted this for temperature control of my room which I like to be at a stable 64° F, or around 18° C; Which this product works well for. Mainly due to my own personal preference of temperature, and the need to keep my electronic equipment cool so that it functions as intended. It helps that the product is very aesthetically pleasing to look at.Only thing I'd keep in mind is that if your opening utilizes corner bead, basically metal at the edges of drywall or plaster, that you'll want to order this product large enough to accommodate for that. If you're getting this product with pets in mind, you'll likely have to train them to walk through it first similar to what you do when training them to walk through doggy doors.

Be very specific on size.Be sure you are ordering 'screen or thermal door curtain. It has thumb tacks you can attach to doorway to test fit before putting on velcro tape!

What I like:The Reversible Left or Right Side Opening Insulated Door Curtain, Thermal/Magnetic, is fantastic!Upon initially ordering the product, my expectations weren't very high, as I just needed something to create somewhat of a thermal barrier for my closet which lacks a door. However, I am delighted to state that the curtain is doing a great job of keeping the closet cool by preventing the forced air heat in bedroom from making its way into the closet (I store certain food items in there). The curtain is doing an equally great job of keeping the cold draft from closet from entering the bedroom, so it's a win-win, all the way around.I also love the geometric pattern of this quality curtain and the magnetic closure functions as it should.Overall, I'm pleasantly surprised that this item, which I ordered simply out of need for its utilitarian function, is actually one of the best products I've received in 2023!What I don't like:There is not a single thing that I don't like about this product.I wouldn't hesitate to order this item again.

Replaced my door with this because it was easier than opening a door to my living room especially for my guest.

This was made with a thick plastic material. I was not a huge fan of the way it is made but it did what it was supposed to do and that to me is what matters.

This curtain is quite useful! It was straightforward and easy to install. I like that it has good adhesion and material is quite sturdy/thick. It's also good to notice that this curtain is transparent looking and reversible. So far, it has really helped in keeping the desired inside air as you'd want it. The magnets are pretty strong as well making it easier to open and close the curtain without having to disrupt your inside temperature. Also, due to the waterproof fabric that it's made out of, if it rains, no water will come inside the house! Overall, this is a great product and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for insulated door "curtain".
