Its not spicy like chai and not bitter like plain black tea
This tea has a very unique flavour. Its not spicy like chai and not bitter like plain black tea. But it tastes nice without milk. I am not sure if it helps slimming or not. I just buy it for the taste. I have also not observed any side effects.

Lovely tea, works.
I buy this tea for quite a while, recently conveniently on Amazon. It has lovely flavour and definitely supports my bowel movement. Great after too heavy dinner, calms my tummy in no time.

Not sure why the headaches and cramps!!
I bought this tea as I want to lose some weight. According to the ingredients, and the description of the product on Amazon- this is meant to help in reducing weight. I have to say that taste is nice and doesn't require any sweetener or milk with it but I have been having a headache through out the day - had to take some painkillers due to the headache and have been having a Strange, bloating and mild cramps like sensation after consuming the tea. I was fine the whole day but after taking the tea at 4pm- I started getting the headache after 30mins and the cramps set in about 2 hours later. I have not eaten anything unhealthy today or gone out to eat anything therefore the headache and the cramps are most likely due to the tea. I will give the tea another try tomorrow to see if I get the same symptoms. So watch out this space!
