I purchased the 2 inch king size topper to go with my new 11” king size latex/spring hybrid mattress. Which has equaled, without a doubt, THEE BEST sleep my wife and I have EVER had. After YEARS and alotta $ spent the seemingly never ending, frustrating, and discouraging hunt for the best mattress/topper combo at the best value is finally over.Background: Reason I went with a combo is to extend the life of the mattress as much as possible. Worst case scenario, we could just return the topper if we didn’t want it. While the mattress alone was extremely comfortable adding the topper basically put my wife and I in cocoons of restful bliss.ITEM INFO: Easy to install - Pop open the box, remove the topper, CAREFULLY cut away the wrapping, unfold it on your bed, and position it as needed. I noticed MAYBE a slight smell that quickly dissipated but could’ve been my preconceived view of latex manifesting as something that wasn’t there. The topper isn’t crazy heavy but is heavier than the usual memory foam toppers. It has PLENTY of extra material causing it to fit the mattress properly meaning it hangs OVER the edge on all 4 sides rather than the usual issue with toppers being an inch or two short on all 4 sides. Too short and the edges of your bed feel like castle walls, too long and it’s an inviting sea of comfort. I’m a VERY hot sleeper, I sweat a RIDICULOUS amount all day long (it’s actually embarrassing, but genetics) so sleeping cool and comfy has never really happened for me. Memory foam is soft and nice to lay on until your skin reaches 369 degrees Fahrenheit then when you try to get up because your body has expelled ridiculous amounts of sweat, you can’t because memory foam offers 0.00% of support. This specific latex topper allows my body heat to be expelled so I’m cool, it was the first time in my LIFE I had to point my INDUSTRIAL fan away from me at night because I was cold! Usually cooling properties = lack of support…not here. This thing gives enough give to cradle you like a grown man baby while ensuring your hips, lower back, neck/shoulders, knees, etc are all aligned and supported. Back and neck pain - gone, bags under my eyes - gone, headaches - gone, the need to have a $400 industrial fan blowing ice cold air directly onto me - gone.So yes, this topper may be more expensive than other toppers for sale BUT you get what you pay for! Remember latex is NOT memory foam, you can’t even compare them IMO so take that into account when deciding which item to purchase. When, not if, when you choose this one and sleep on it, you’ll thank me.

This, my first experience with latex toppers (beyond marketing and advert hype), and only via internet and mail, is surprisingly positive! With extreme connective tissue issues (EDS), I wish I knew about latex toppers long ago. Better late than never. Also late, I realized when this 2 inch firm twin topper arrived last week that I needed another inch or two, So I Wish I'd purchased the king 2" firm version instead and cut it in half... giving me 4 inches to sleep on And an extra bit for a pillow, saving $40-$100. dollars over buying 2- 2 inch twins and a latex pillow. (Just saying... y'all might want to consider this if you use a twin bed too.) But I didn't. Anyway... this is my only experience with latex toppers so I can't compare or speak to longevity. But my firm is a very good firm, not hard/stiff but no sinking mush-athon like visco/memo/heat trap stuff. Supportive and comfortable and non-toxic.Btw, questions re this product were answered quickly and kindly via Amazon messaging, but AFTER I failed for a week to reach Tumerry directly by phone (even leaving them messages with my phone number.) And I DO suggest asking all questions before purchase. It seems everyone has their particular bedding needs and one size doesn't fit all at all. So perhaps do your own research? Though I wish I'd ordered the king (as explained above.), the topper I received is of excellent quality as described! Of note: choose a company that offers free returns in case that's needed. Call Amazon if that's not clear. (Amazon will cover returns of any faulty/bad merch. though.) I'm keeping mine. Cheers!

Highly recommend this organic mattress topper. What a great product .I ordered the king size in soft 2” and it’s a great addition to my mattress sleeping comfort!No fumes at all, just natural as it should be.

I bought this mattress topper because my new memory foam mattress was severely retaining heat and I kept waking up in a pool of sweat. Most other toppers are memory foam and would only make the problem worse. I heard that latex was a lot cooler and breathable.Upon opening, I had to be very careful in the way I held the topper to adjust it because it felt like it was susceptible to ripping near the edges. Once it was on, it felt firmly in place and did not seem like it would have any issue sliding around.I am removing one star for two reasons- 1) the cost. This goes without saying- this is a very expensive topper. However, I was desperate for relief. 2) there is a lingering latex smell that I smelled through my sheets on my first night. I am hoping it just airs out after a week or so.The bottom line- I woke up in the morning after my first night without a single drop of sweat on me! So far it seems to be keeping it's promise at being more breathable and not retaining heat. It is also comfortable to lay on.UPDATE: it has been over a week, and unfortunately im still waking up drenched.

I’ve used foam toppers in the past, but decided to try out latex based on being organic etc. This thing is great! Converted my mattress from very firm to very comfy, similar to a gel pillow but for the whole bed.Foam toppers tend to be airy and prone to sinkage but this has a springy texture.I was also very impressed that there was not a chemical smell as there tends to be for other mattress toppers.I am a back/side sleeper for reference.I’ll try to update this review over time.
