G**!
Some of the recipes were terribly written.
Two stars for originality, including the author's names: "Cooks," and "Chef."First impressions were that this book, just released at the end of January, looked promising. 100+ reviews and I thought it was a decent cookbook to look into. I purchased it and as I began looking at some of the recipes. I realized almost immeidately, I made a mistake in purchasing this book. Granted, the book offers a variety of recipes, including ethnic foods, the problem is: consisitency and uniformity. It was almost as if the authors cut and pasted recipes gleaned from the internet. Case in point: some of the recipes used metric measurement while the majority did not. Some of the recipes were terribly written. Example is: the blueberry jam recipe. Title is "blueberry jam" but in it, it references strawberries.I honestly believe that if the authors had truly taken the time vetting and testing these various recipes, ensured clarity, and been consistent, they would have had a good recipe book.Pros: creativity, varietyCons: Many recipes sloppily put together, no consistency or uniformity, and highly doubt that there were 550 recipes. (I did not count each and every one but to say there are 550 recipes and only 347 pages, it's suspect.Save your money.

Poorly written and confusing
As other reviewers have said, this book is poorly written. I can't even begin to count the number of grammatical errors on the first page alone. It makes it very difficult to read, but also makes the recipes confusing. For example, from one recipe, under ingredients (called cooking items) it says ‘Water (3/4 cup).’ Then step 1 in the instructions says ‘open the lid of the pot and add 2 cups of water…’ Step 2 says (with grammatical errors included) ‘…put in all the other ingredient inside and the bowl and place the bowl in the instant pot and close the lid.’ So now I’m confused on what to do with the ¾ cup water. Just one example, but unfortunately all the recipes seem to be this confusing. Here’s one from the next page… under cooking items: ‘apples (use 2 pieces and make sure to only sliced 1 and diced the other)’. Just too confusing to follow. Also, there aren’t any pictures of the recipes. Buy another book and you’ll be happier.

Unedited and UNWORTHY of your money!
I should've guessed that this one was a risky purchase with authors named "Bobby Chef" and "Emily Cook". This cookbook was very obviously not written by someone who speaks English as their first language. I did like the variety of the recipes - all meals, lots of ethnic diversity, and many specialized diets are included (paleo, vegan, keto, gluten-free, vegetarian...) It has also very obviously NOT been through a professional editor. It is riddled with spelling mistakes, typos - capitalization and punctuation to say the least, and poor grammar. The recipes also seem to have the steps out of order occasionally. Nevertheless, I decided to give the Chicken and Dumplings a try as it seemed simple enough and probably kid-friendly. I made the recipe as it was written. The veggies were mushy, there was too little broth and the dumplings were hard little flavorless rocks. Yuck.

Should be in the dollar bin.
It’s a very poorly translated book. The recipes might be okay if you’re able to follow what they’re trying to get across but some of it is nearly impossible to understand. I assume by “add up” potatoes they mean add in. There are an abundance of errors throughout this book just like that so, unless you want to assume you know what they’re saying you might skip this one.

This cookbook was either written by a non-English speaking writer, or had the worst editor of all time.
I found errors in every recipe ranging from funny to confusing. One list of ingredients included “eggs, two pieces” . One recipe directs the cook to “mash the potatoes and chop potatoes into bite size pieces”, then “message oil on potatoes with a brush.” I haven’t tried any of the recipes, so I’m not certain if the bad writing will effect the successful completion of a dish, but it doesn’t inspire confidence. There are a lot of recipes, but no index, which is frustrating. I suggest you find a better book.

A Cooking Joy!
I love cooking with my pressure cooker and I was looking for more recipes to add to my base knowledge menu. So finding this book was really my saving grace. I was able to get more pointers and tips from this book and was able to develop my own dishes with those presented here. There is really a LOT of wonderful recipes and new ones that I haven't tried yet. I liked the useful information collected at the end of the book. It's all in one place. Really, this book is making cooking an awesome experience for me.

Don't Buy This 'Book'
This is not written in American English!! The instructions are horrible - many words are omitted, misspelled or incorrect, or just plain incomprehensible. I wish I hadn't waited so long to view my purchase. I would have sent it back immediately. This was quite a few dollars down the drain.
