I somehow managed to lose my old sealant gun, so needed a replacement, quick. When this came up, I got it. I'm happy to say it's very well-built, and does what I need. It's all made of metal, and reassuringly heavy as a result. The grip was strong, and it pumped out sealant in a good, steady flow. It's large enough to fit pretty much any sealant tube too.Good stuff.

However, not fitting standard sized cartridges is a major drawback restricting what you need to buy to go in it.

Upon receiving it, the quality of this sealant gun was instantly apparent - this thing is a sturdy bit of kit! It's incredibly heavy duty, and the mechanism works perfectly, so I have no issues with the quality of it.My only issue with it is that it doesn't fit standard cartridges, it just makes it a lot less practical for me to use.Despite this, I still do think it's a quality bit of kit, and I would recommend!

Providing you use the shorter than standard sealant cartridges this is an excellent, well constructed gun. Heavier than you might imagine, three times the weight of my current gun with a powerful mechanism to drive the plunger forward. The piston was a little stiff to withdraw, after a smear of silicone lubricant this resolved matters. Suitable for very viscous sealants that require a great deal of force to eject, vastly superior to my current gun which only benefits from accepting longer cartridges else it would be a straight swap out. Built to last, very solid and worth the cost. Bear in mind it only accepts the shorter cartridges (see photo compared to standard gun).

Really solid gun for the large tubes of sealant or adhesive.Won't fit the standard size tubes!Lovely smooth action and a consistent flow out of the nozzle.Really is a fantastic piece of engineering.

Firstly, this is NOT a sealant gun and standard sealant/adhesive cartridges can’t be used with it as the diameter of the plunger is too big to fit inside a standard sealant cartridge (see attached pictures).Instead, this is designed as a resin gun for use with 410ml resin cartridges such as: https://amzn.eu/d/chVlPMtThe gun arrived in a simple plastic bag, is heavy, solidly built and sturdy. It has an all metal construction and the plunger mechanism works well.This is a solid tool, great for its purpose of delivering resin and reasonably priced at £17.99. However, because the product description describes it as a ‘Sealant Gun’ this will mislead a lot of people who will see this, look at the picture and think they’re getting a standard sealant gun that will fit the cartridges they’ve bought at their local DIY store and because of this I’m only giving 3 stars.

This is one big old heavy duty applicator !Just picking it up you can feel the weight of it and they weren't lying it is heavy duty.This is well made and very , very robust , if you are carrying out work and you want an applicator gun to last this is the one to getDefinitely as advertised , I would recommend

I ordered this Sealant Gun for my partner, who works as a builder, and our initial impressions were very positive. The gun is of exceptionally high quality, especially when compared to the ones he typically uses, which are quite flimsy and tend to break easily. This one feels robust and durable, with a heavy weight that suggests it will last a long time. The mechanical action is also smooth. However, we encountered an issue: none of my partner's standard 310ml silicone tubes fit the gun, as they are too long and narrow. Unfortunately, this means he'll need to buy shorter, thicker tubes to use with it, which is disappointing since he was eager to put this gun to work and finding the right size tubes to work with this may be a difficult task.
