Really great for making Dashimaki tamago. The pan's proper name is tamago yaki ki. My favorite engineer knows of this prefecture in Japan that makes these pans. Yes, it truly is famous for it's iron cookware. Excellent pan, but I tend to cook things too high heat and I left it on the burner once and now I have a burn mark in the enamel, My fault. Also this does not work well on electric stoves because the corners don’t seem to heat up as well as the middle. I tend to have to move the pan a few times to make the heat more even.

It requires to use lots of oil to fry an egg. The nonstick coating is not sustainable, so the pan is easy to get rusted, really cheap material that I would not expect from a Japanese made item.

鉄部分のつくりがしっかりしているので、慣れれば慣れる程大きな卵焼きが簡単に作れるようになれます。購入数か月間は、本商品を一生使って行きたいと思わせてくれる程自分に気に入っている商品でしたが、購入して半年が過ぎた頃から取ってと金属の接合部分がグラグラし始めました。まぁ、これぐらいならばと我慢して使い続けて来ましたが、購入二年にさしかかる現在では、持ち手の部分とフライパン部分がいつ分離するのか気が気じゃない状態にまでなりました（粗野には扱っていません）。私は、物を購入する時は出来るだけ長く使える物を選び、その物の熟練度を上げて行く事で、買った物に対して愛着を持って行くタイプの人間なので、半年過ぎて不具合が出始め、二年で使用自体が厳しい状況になる本商品を再度購入すべきかどうかで悩んでいます。商品自体は気に入っているんです。もしかしたらハズレに当たったのかも…という可能性もあるので、現在は昔使っていた小型の卵焼きフライパン（25年以上使用）を使いつつ、再購入すべきかどうかで悶々としています。

貧血の予防に鉄製のものを買い求めました。安全が一番です。説明書どうりに、使いはじめに油をなじませれば上手に焼けました。

木部の手元がぐらぐらしやすいボルトで締めるにしては　不十分　商品として　世に出す前に　当然に使い勝手並びに使用頻度経過の検証をしているものと思いますが　　　していて　この内容であればはなはだ　無責任でしがカスタマーに直接苦情を申し上げたものですがこの　メールが来たので　改めて憤慨をして　このメールをおくります
