I have two of these headsetsPros:1- good noice cancellation2- good sound quality3- multi device support4- magical price5- good material6- good folding7- i have very big head and ears and I can still wear it at least an hourJust don't expect sonny or apple quality for 1/10 price ratio.Cons:1- no bag. But you can buy a bag for very cheap price so no show stopper.2- mic did not work well with teams. Might be related with drivers (if you are at office and not have driver update option on office laptop) - hence 4 star3- pass through is little useless4- app is a bit cumbersomeOverall I'm very happy with the device.
