I have already installed a few of these spikes on my roof edges and worked great, but the pigeons learn very fast and find small areas where to roost and I still see pigeon crap around my house, thus I am installing more. Time will tell if these are effective and withstand the high heat of Arizona summers.

SQUIRRELS HAD RIPPED INTO MY KITCHEN WINDOWS' SCREENS MULTIPLE TIMES. I PUT A ROW ON THE WINDOW LEDGE. THEY WERE ABLE TO CLIMB ON THE BRICK LEDGE BELOW THE WINDOW LEDGE AND TRY TO "WEAVE THROUGH THE SPIKES" TO GET TO THE SCREEN. I THEN PUT A SECOND ROW ON THE BRICK LEDGE, AND NOW THEY CAN NOT GET CLOSE TO THE SCREENS AT ALL. SCORE!!! I WON!!! THESE ARE WONDERFUL!!!

Arrived on time. Installed onto a stucco ledge above walkway with screws & liquid nail on the screws, which were purchased separately, Should be a deterrent in the short term. Time will tell if spikes can withstand harsh high desert conditions.

Sure looked like it would deter squirrels from jumping on top of my bird feeder. Sure didn't. They jumped from the tree to the spaces between the spikes...unbelievable.
