So, as with many of fellow humans, I been confined to working from home since March/April. This just happened to coincide with my decorating and I was desperate for a reasonably priced orange office chair to match my decor. I saw this and fell in love and got married. Less than 6 months later and I'm ready to sign the papers. First the chair has a natural tilt forward which may be intentional, but it just feels like you're going to slide off if you don't apply a counter force, then I noticed that the back of the chair was frayed (like in picture 2), within a few days it had ripped to the extent of picture 1. I have no idea what my recourse is, whether there is a manufacturer guarantee etc. I'm pretty sure I've wasted £100+

The chair is so beautiful. It’s like the kind I’d expect to find in an expensive Italian imported furniture shop. I couldn’t be happier with it. And the colour is stunning. It transformed my dull utilitarian corner into a place in my home where I work and feel comfortable with a sense of luxury.I had to wait a few days longer than was initially stated, but it was well worth the wait.

This chair is much more uncomfortable than I thought it would be. There is virtually no padding on the seat, so if you use it for long periods, you're left with the sensation that you've had a good paddling from a stern teacher in Victorian times.

Packaging was poor and was delivered with leg protruding out of the box side with no protection.However when built was both sturdy and attractive and was very much up to expectations
