Par rapport au produit équivalent de Jacquet, que j'ai utilisé des années mais qui ne se fait plus, ces pochettes sont plus petites qu'une tranche de pain "sandwich", ce qui nécessite de prendre des petites tranches. De plus elles ont fragiles, les soudures lâchent, et j'ai jeté une des pochettes après 2 utilisations. Le lavage doit se faire à la main pas au lave vaisselle comme indiqué.
