I bought a pair of Corsa N.ext tubeless in 700x28/28-622 and attempted to mount them on my 19 mm wide rims. One would mount with resistance and close to an hour of work. The second refused to seat. I tried setting them on top of a heat vent to relax the beads, still no go. I used tubeless tire seating fluid (Schwalbe EasyFit) and then soapy water when I ran out. I tried mounting them with inner tubes, and it still would not seat correctly at 120 PSI. The beads were too small due to a manufacturing defect, and whatever quality control process they have in place (tires said made in Thailand…) did not catch this. After exchanging e-mails they eventually offered me a partial refund to be determined when they receive the defective product back. Despite what the marketers say, road tubeless is NOT easy to set up. Since the tight one wouldn’t even seat with a tube, I would not be able to use a tube to limp home if I had punctured out on the road. Despite endorsements from pro teams and GCN and so on, I’m not impressed. Silly me, I don’t have a team support car following right behind me with spare wheels pre-mounted by a professional mechanic, so these tires are useless to me. I gave in to the marketing hype about all the pros riding Vittorias, and to the “everyone’s riding tubeless” pressure (to save 1.5 watt per tire at the expense of 50 grams of rolling weight)… and I paid the price. We’ll see how much of a refund I end up getting.

Prinzipiell bin ich zufrieden, aber bei diesem Reifen sind die Härchen extrem. Sehr Lang und auch sehr viele... hab erstmal 20 min gebraucht um sie alle zu entfernen da mich diese optisch stören

Ho restituito il prodotto perché non era tubless, mi è stata rimandato un'altro in sostituzione ma anche questo non è tubless.

Presi ad un ottimo prezzo ma noto che non c'è nessuna scritta Tubeless Ready ne su copertone ne su scatola..nonostante nelle descrizioni Amazon dice che lo siano..ho paura che sia la versione per camera d'aria..se così fosse appena lo scoprirò farò il reso

Il copertone funziona bene su ghiaia e asfalto. Non è stato provato su sentieri stretti o con sassi grossi. In tratti di asfalto umido non ho notato particolare instabilità o allungamento della frenata. Il posteriore l'ho consumato velocemente e rispetto ad altre marche è un po più faticoso sostituire la camera d'aria.
