I can't imagine a better designed product. This is by far the best shower system I've ever owned. Very well built, unbelievable flexibility in how it can be configured and installed. Excellent instructions, easy to follow.

This product surprisingly exceeded my expectations! Wow, what an amazing shower! When you first hold it in your hand, you'll definitely have that "Aha!" moment. It looks much more expensive than its actual price. The water pressure works perfectly, and it looks fantastic in our bathroom. Everything you need for installation is included, and I'm so glad I found a product that doesn’t require breaking my tiles to install the shower. I highly recommend it!

Installed went great. Works good but pressure is on the lower side. Can't use both at the same time. Also feels like it uses more water so hot water runs out faster. Overall the wife still likes it.

Installation was very easy following the instructions. Hasn't leaked for the 6 months it's been installed. Great value and really happy with the purchase.

UPDATE: I'm changing my two stars to one - I would give zero stars if it was an option - bought two of these and have had to return both - weight of shower head is too heavy for their weak elbow joints to support - the splines used for adjustment of the arms strip with the weight of the shower head - I would not buy this - proof that you get what you pay for - this was a cheap price for a cheap product.Giving this two stars because I bought two of these and actually got the first one to work - otherwise it would be a one star review. Although the first one was the black finish, it is not a durable finish - the wrench with the kit is a joke and only thing it accomplished was scratching the finish on the shower head and parts. I tried a pair of channel locks with tape around the jaws but it still scratched the finish. So I opted for a 15/16 wrench and it also scratched the finish but I was able to complete the install. The second one was a brushed nickle finish and it did not function correctly - the part that fits on the wall pipe had a bad connection with stripped threads at the pivot point so the unit would not stay in the correct position. Overall this product is crap and is about a $20 kit not the $70+ I payed for it.
