I can't thank these studded boot grips enough – they've rescued me from slips multiple times. They're incredibly easy to put on and take off, requiring minimal cleaning. I can’t afford to slip on the ice and risk breaking a hip so I bought these. The cleats are metal on this pair. These really worked well on the ice in the last ice storm we had. They stretch to fit on my tennis shoes, leather boots, and snow boots. On my tennis shoes, the back cleats didn’t rest totally on my heal because of the arch on the shoe so I didn’t try them out on the ice. Maybe larger size cleats would work for them? I don’t know. But I’m happy with these.

I use these for my daily walks in the Anchorage winters. The studs are robust and work well on ice. Only two minor gripes. Compared to other products I've used, the rear straps are not quite as secure and I've had them fall off a couple of times (in ~10 hours of walking). Also, I would prefer the studs in the front to be spaced a little wider, for stability. Otherwise, these work great and are definitely a bargain for the price.

I used this product to walk on our snow and ice covered roads during our Wisconsin winter. I attached them to my sneakers. They seemed to slip to one side, but they were easy enough to slip off and re-adjust. It was just a hassle to have to re-adjust.

I purchased these in September 2023. I live in Georgia so I didn’t purchase these slip on grippers for snow or ice. I live on very hilly steep property and purchased these to keep my 76 year old body from hitting the ground when cutting the grass and doing various yard work projects. They work good for me until they fly off my shoes which they have done each time I wear them since May 2024. I then I spend time backtracking to find one or both. On this day 12 July 2024, I came off and my backtracking was not successful this far. Several times I thought about reviewing this product that works but SIZING is off. I ordered for my size 11 foot / shoe and it’s a struggle to get the on and staying on. If I was to order again go at least 1 full size up. Good product when they stay on!!! Bill

I'm in the Himalayas right now and have been wearing these. They are fantastic for their weight and size. I have still been cautious but they have made walking on ice so easy. People around me were slipping and falling but I just strode through. I have written then for about 8 hours on ice, rock and dirt tracks and no sign of damage.
