I've been taking this product for over 20 years. When my doc first recommend then, I started frowning at him every time I saw him. They made me burp a d the taste was awful? Gross!!! Add to that, I don't like fish to start with! Then albertsons left town. Then Sprouts moved in! We went in. Hubby off in one direction, me to the supplements. Uh oh! Huge selection!!! I found a person who worked this section only. I told him my problem. The used to carry an orange flavored salmon, Amazon has a lemon flavor. The packaging was just like this one flavored!, I must have still had a concerned look because he said to start with the little bottle. If after finishing the little bottle, l was still unhappy, they would refund me money. I've not had and fishy burping with this product. If you do, try the flavored verity. That's what I did. I'm and will continue using this product. My doctor approves and only just recently, recommend I start taking 2 a day. This is a wonderful product! At a grand price (about a buck cheaper than Sprouts AND I I don't have to get dressed a go there in 100+ degree heat! It's right hot in north Texas right now!) AND saves gas money too! This is my humble opinion today! So, heck yes, try it! I was very happy with the timeliness and packaging from the vender too!

Works really well and helps with my joints.

This is high-quality salmon oil with decent percentages of Omega 3 fatty acids. I do find that they give me fish burps. My dog, however, loves them. They are great for her coat, help reduce her dandruff, and keep her healthy. She'll chow them right down if I poke a little hole in the end of one and let her smell the fishy, salmony goodness. I don't know why I get fish burps and she doesn't, but that's the way it goes. She doesn't get fishy breath from them, either.

I’m sensitive to fish oil capsules and these do not bother me in the least. I ordered because I love the ingredients of small and healthy fish. If you find them large and hard to swallow just let them sit out for a little while and they will soften. I do refrigerate them and take with food. I ordered for heart and joint benefits.

No taste, easily swallowed, excellent choice, and a great value! Improves skin, hair, nails, and overall joint relief. Absolutely worth the purchase.
