Beautiful sweater.
Beautiful sweater, well made, lovely fabric. The slight scent that others mentioned was not unpleasant and should dissipate with a good airing. It does run large, I bought a large instead of the extra large my husband usually takes, and it fit wonderfully through the shoulders, arms and body. However it was much too long. He is not a short man, and it came down almost over his butt. I am so sad that I am going to have to return it.

Handsome Irish wool fisherman sweater
This is a nice piece of article, high-quality, heavy keepsake. Very pleasing to the eyes. You will get looked at and receive compliments. Runs a little big to me. If you have a big stomach this will still make you look good. I am a 190 pounds Male and preferred the fitted look.

I loved this sweater
I loved this sweater. Unfortunately it did have a defect and I returned it. I am currently corresponding with the company that is the middleman for the company that manufactured it in Ireland. I’m hoping to get another sweater soon from the same company to replace it. They seem very eager to fix the problem which is a good thing!

Heavy classic Irish sweater
Well made high quality natural wool product, heavy and warm. Think polar vortex in January. Lots of compliments. A delight to own. Mine was a little large.

Fit for the parade
What an awesome sweater! I wore this marching in the NYC St. Patrick's Day parade. Very comfortable, very warm, very authentic! (hence the "peat" orpasture smell some mentioned). Plus, this is very well priced. I've seen this sweater in specialty Irish gift shops for over $135. Glad I bought this!

It's huge!!!
Bought this as a Christmas present for my boyfriend who typically wears a large. This is a large but it's more like a XXXL. So sad, and the window to return it has expired. 135 bucks wasted.

Poorly knitted. It is already unraveling. I owned an Irish sweater a while ago that lasted for years in all kinds of circumstances. This one could not last two weeks. This is the last clothing item I will purchase from Amazon. John O'Hara
