Poor quality. The mop head doesn't stay on the handle.I thought it was a one off thing, so I reached out to Ocedar and they gave me a $20 coupon to buy a new mop head. Turns out they don't sell these microfiber mop heads at the three big box stores near me.I decided to just buy another mop head myself on Amazon. The second one stays on long enough to clean half the house and falls off.

The best mop ever

I just bought it on May 6th and it already broke, on the bottom part where it screws on in the mop. I’ve only used it 3 times, it’s basically new it broke so fast. I had to put a bag on it to be able to screw it on the stick and use it.

Pretty cheaply made. Mop handle will not even screw into the mop accessory. Absolutely do not recommend.

We bought this mop system hoping it would be good and easy to use. Well the end of the mop would not screw in to the handle. Let me backup. All complaints had to go through o Cedar. We had to send a video of screwing the head into the handle. Then they sent us a $10.00 coupon to buy a new head. We went to about 8 stores and no one carried this head. Now hear me out. The stores we went to, the company insisted carried the mop heads. The closest store to use was 12 miles. I sent them message after message and they kept insisting we could find this mop head. Finally yesterday we bought a different brand and was going to trash the whole o Cedar. I told them that and asked they forward my message to the higher ups.Well now today after fighting this battle over a week they asked me to write in Black on the coupon, take a picture so they could send me a new head. Seriously, why couldn’t this have been done to start with?? I say stay away from OCedar!!!
