Pandaing Flameless Candles Remote Control Flickering Flame Candles (There is a LED Lamp in The Candle)

This is my second time ordering this remote and both are defective and do not work :( There is no return slip, so now I am stuck with candles with no remote as I cannot find the first one that came with the candles. The 2 that I had to order have both been defective and now I am out even more $$ I need to get this resolved so please email me back at [email protected] to tell me what you will do to resolve this issue :(

All candles worked in the beginning. I’ve only used them a couple of different times and half of them won’t even turn on now.

Doesn't work. Was provided a replacement for the previous remote and this one doesn't work either. So bummed.

Somehow my remote was misplaced during Christmas and I needed a replacement. This works perfectly! Great product!

This remote did not operate the candles it claims it would. Most of the buttons didn’t even work. I ordered 2 and gave up.
