BergHOFF EuroCAST 8" Fry Pan

Absolutely the best frying pan I've ever owned… I want more

Great looking cookware but if you have an induction cooktop it may be hit or miss based on your specific cooktop. Mine senses the size of the pay based on the steel/iron footprint on the burner and heats accordingly. BergHOFF uses a steel pattern on the bottom of an aluminum pan and your cooktop may not heat the entire area on the bottom of the pan. I have some burners that do not recognize the pan at all due to the limited amount of steel surface area. I find the burners that do recognize the pans heat in the center and therefore you get uneven cooking (hot in the center and cool at the edges). Not what I was expecting so if you use induction be very aware of this design flaw.

My wife brought a set of these pans home and I was skeptical about the claims they made in their web videos. The next morning, I used the skillet and pancake pan to make bacon, eggs and pancakes to test them out. I was amazed that the claims made were true. The pancakes cooked perfectly without the use of any oil or butter in the pan, and they did not stick at all. In fact, my family commented that the pancakes were fluffy and pretty as they scarfed them down. As for cleaning this pan, I wiped it down with a paper towel and it looked like I hadn’t even used it. I usually make the bacon in a cast iron skillet, and then clean it out a bit and make the eggs in the same skillet. This usually produces eggs that are heavy, oily (I use butter to cook eggs in cast iron), and a bit discolored from the bacon grease, but not with these pans. The bacon grease and residue wiped out completely with a paper towel, then I cooked scrambled eggs in the pan without using any butter or oil. Not only did the eggs not stick, neither did the cheese I put on top. I simply wiped the pan out with a wet dish cloth (as I was done cooking) and it was clean.

This is the best cookware that you'll ever buy!!!! I saw the demonstration and was thoroughly impressed, so I bought just a few pans to see if they held up to what I was told. My expectations were EXCEEDED! I have never had pans that are so durable and that retain the non-stick ability! I make eggs, pasta, brownies, mac and cheese, and ALL sorts of things that would normally stick to the bottom of a pan, and NOTHING EVER DOES! This cookware is amazing and I've bought as many pieces as I can. It's a bit more up front money wise, but seriously it's totally worth the money. You'll never have to replace your pans again. The customer service is great too! I had a question after I purchase them and they answered my email quicky and professionally instead of being outsourced to another country or getting no response at all! EVERYBODY SHOULD OWN THESE PANS!!!!!!!!!

I've searched all my adult years for a pan like this. The EuroCAST line is truly everything they promised - non-stick and lighter than they look. I was looking for quality cookware, but found most top brands were too heavy for me. These are truly amazing. My husband bought them for me for Christmas this year, and I tell him every time I use them how amazed I am at the simple way they clean up.
